May 22 Nottoway Patrol

Spirit of Moonpie and I spent the 22nd through the 24th on the Nottoway below Hercules.   The water was stained, low and 73 degrees.  Air temps ranged from 51 to 85.  This was the last land based patrol until fall for sure.  The Skeeters on this trip bout ate us up and the no-shoulders where everywhere.  Read more →

April 2015 BNRP Meeting Minutes

As recorded by Felice Hancock, Recording Secretary. The Meeting at The Paul D. Camp Community College Workforce Center Conference Room had 7 people attending, including BNRP Board Members:  Jeff Turner, Curtis Newsome, Nancy Turner, Sherri Woodard, and Anne Parker.  Chairman Newsome called the meeting to order with a welcome and requested that Secretary Hancock read the March Minutes.  Jeff Turner motioned that the minutes be approved, seconded by Anne Parker—motion passed.  Read more →
